Created in June 1999, the Institut d’études anciennes et médiévales at Université Laval works to promote education and research in the field of ancient studies and to spread knowledge about Greek, Roman and Eastern antiquity. On this site, you will find information about Université Laval’s undergraduate and graduate programs in ancient studies. You can also learn about research carried out by professors and students, find out about student life and get news about the conferences, seminars and other activities organized by the Institute.
